Another threatening note found at Cameron Heights

A series of disturbing threats have been made against local schools over the past two months and it appears another has now popped up in downtown Kitchener.

Waterloo Regional Police were called to Cameron Heights Collegiate Tuesday after the note was discovered.

Not many details have been released, except the message was written on school property, and indicated an act of violence would happen at 11:30 this morning.

Police say there’s no evidence to support the threat is credible and they are working to determine the author of the note.

They’re reminding parents to talk to their kids about how serious these threats are, as the investigations have a serious impact on police resources.
